Getting Your Home Ready For Picture Day!

We typically photograph all of the major rooms in your home. We usually do not photograph garages or utility/heating systems unless specifically asked to do so. If there are any special features to the home that may not be readily apparent, please let us know.

This is your homes first impression to the world! Following the steps below will help showcase it in the best light possible!

Outside

Sweep/Wash/Shovel Driveways, sidewalks and patios
Mow/rake yard
Remove vehicles from the driveway
Remove/hide hoses, tools, ect

Kitchen

Move garbage cans out of sight
Clear off counter tops, including small appliances
Remove magnets, pictures, ect from refrigerator
Ensure sink is empty, remove soap, sponges, towels

Bathrooms

Toilet seat lids down!
Clear countertops of tooth brushes, cups, ect.
Remove shower items from view
Shower curtains should be clean and open

General

Turn on all interior lights
Turn fans off
Declutter as much as possible
Remove pet items from view.
